Fully synthetic Anti-Wear hydraulic oil based on saturated esters that provides the right properties for biodegradability. Selected additives provide good performance in difficult conditions and in exposed environments that need to be protected. Extremely good low temperature properties due to high viscosity index. Good oxidizing ability with good corrosion protection. Does not damage packing material that resists esters.

Specifications
Blauer Engel, DIN 51524-2 HLP, DIN 51524-3 HVLP, DIN ISO 15380 HEES, Eaton Brochure 03-401-2010, EU Ecolabel, Parker Denison HF-1, Parker Denison HF-2, Parker Denison HF-6, Swedish Standard SS 15 54 34, VDMA 24568, VDMA 24570
Property
  • outstanding seal compatibility
  • very high resistance to wear, corrosion and foaming
  • excellent low temperature behaviour
  • constant viscosity and excellent oxidation stability (ageing stability)
  • fully synthetic, water-resistant hydraulic fluid and lubricant based on saturated esters
  • miscible with other mineral, synthetic or plant-based hydraulic fluids
  • no sticking and gumming of hydraulic systems
Note
  • When changing to BIO SINTH, shorten the first oil change interval to ensure that any residual fluid is removed ⮕ more rapidly effective biodegradability. Please observe the change guidelines pursuant to VDMA 24569.
  • Technical data subject to change without notice. Please observe the vehicle or machine manufacturer's directions. Please refer to the safety data sheet for further information.
Biodegradability
  • >60% in 28 days (OECD 301B)
Application area
  • ideal for summer and winter use
  • can be used where an ISO VG 32, 46 or 68 hydraulic fluid is required
